The hotel is located at the heart of Kawasaki City, just in front of Kawasaki City Hall. It is a live commercial and business area with several shopping complex, various choices of restaurants and streets are busy with local people. It takes only 5 minutes by walk from JR Kawasaki Station on Keihin Tohoku Line. From the station, it takes 8 minutes to Shinagawa (where Bullet trains stop), 18 minutes to Tokyo (the terminal of bullet trains and Narita Express) and 10 minutes to Yokohama. Also it takes 18 minutes to Haneda Airport by Keikyu Line via Kamata.

All rooms are small but decorated in modern atmosphere. All are equipped with a Liquid-Crystal Display TV, high-sped internet access, soundproof door and wall, a refrigerator, a trouser press.
