It offers fantastic views over the river and surrounding parkland ensuring a calm and relaxing atmosphere in which to stay. A sauna and refreshing pool, as well as a solarium and gym are available in the hotel for all guests. Please note during 2007 until approx November the hotel will be undergoing a renovation whereby certain areas of the hotel will be under refurbishment. This may cause some noise disruption but it is the hotel's anticipation that this should not inconvenience the guest nor ruin the excellent service or atmosphere. (02/07 LC)

The hotel's charm is built, to a great extent, on the 139 individually and beautifully furnished rooms within. Currently they are medium in size and classical in design. Nevertheless even with these high standards the hotel owners have decided during 2007 to renovated all rooms in an attempt to ensure they keep apace with new styles and technologies. During this time some twin rooms will not be available and the overall number of rooms will be reduced. It is also possible there will be some medium level of noise disruption. Regardless the rooms will retain their high ceilings, stucco work, open fireplaces and oriel windows.
